Ingredients
1 pkt MAGGI Creamy Potato Mash
1½ cups water
1 tbsp spring onion, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, minced
½ cup ham, diced
½ tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
1 cup breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Make MAGGI Mash as per packet but use only 1½ cups of water then cool.
With clean hands, combine SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB and all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs. Mix well then form into bite sized balls then roll in the breadcrumbs.
Bake on a tray for 15 minutes, turning once. Serve with SIDS PLUM SAUCE or SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE.
