Ingredients

500g fatty mince
1 onion, diced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB or
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Sprinkle mince with all the ingredients, including SIDS CRAZY SALT or SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB and mix well with your fingers. Put into cling-wrap and roll a big sausage, seal ends and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Slice off 12 mm thick patties, make a small indentation in the middle of the pattie with your thumb (remember to remove wrap after slicing) then cook on hot grill, turning every 15 seconds until brown-black.
