Ingredients

2 kg of ground chuck
1 large egg
1 cup of bread crumbs
2 tbsp Tuimato sauce
1 tbsp American mustard
1 cup grated cheddar
2 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
½ onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Mix together SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS CRAZY SALT and all ingredients.
Separate into 16 even portions. (12 g patties)
Roll each portion into a ball. Then, flatten each ball into a patty. I use the bottom of a glass.
Grill until desired temperature/doneness.
Serve on buns with condiments of choice.
