Ingredients
2 eggs
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
560 g can crushed pineapple, drained
⅓ cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a 25x 15 cm loaf pan.
In a large bowl, cream together eggs, butter, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and sugar. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking soda. Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Fold in the pineapple and nuts. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake in oven for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into centre of the loaf comes out clean.
