Ingredients
300g smoked salmon, diced
6 tomatoes, diced
3 shallots, diced
Handful diced spring onion
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together the salmon, tomatoes, shallots, spring onion, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and cayenne. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve chilled.
