Ingredients

5 chicken thighs, bone in & skin on
3 tbsp GF soy sauce
2 tbsp water
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
½ onion, grated
¼ tsp chilli flakes

Directions

Mix together SIDS CRAZY LEMON and all the ingredients in a large bowl. (or large ziplock bag and marinate overnight)
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Bake in a baking pan for 30-35 minutes until cooked through. (to 75°C)
