Ingredients
1½ cups long-grain white rice
500 ml cherry tomatoes, halved
250 g feta, crumbled
¾ cup SIDS LEMON THYME & MUSTARD OIL
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions.
Transfer to a large bowl and let cool slightly, about 10 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, feta, SIDS LEMON THYME & MUSTARD OIL and let sit at least 10 minutes to allow flavours to meld before serving.
