Ingredients

450 g ground pork
¼ cup grated carrots
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tbsp rice bran oil
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
75 g rice stick vermicelli
8 leaves lettuce
SPICY SLAW:--
2 cups coleslaw mix
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp Asian chilli sauce

Directions

Spicy Slaw: Toss together coleslaw mix, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, lime juice and chili sauce until coated then set aside.
Mix together pork, carrot, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and shape into 24 balls using a tbsp. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil and cook meatballs, stirring occasionally, until browned and no longer pink inside, about 12 minutes. In large bowl, whisk hoisin sauce with 1 tbsp water then add meatballs. Toss to coat.
Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling water, cook rice noodles according to package directions. Drain. Divide noodles, meatballs and slaw among lettuce leaves.
