Ingredients
6 kg tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
500 g onions, chopped
1 cup white sugar
3 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp flour
500 g dried spaghetti
Directions
In a large lidded pot, boil tomato, garlic and onion together with SIDS CRAZY SALT for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as per packet instructions but retain some drained water.
Using retained water from the spaghetti, make a runny paste of flour and curry powder then add to the pot along with the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. If necessary, add retained water to thin.
Serve, or cool then bottle or freeze in meal sized packs.
