Ingredients
4 Pork blade steaks, 25-30 mm thick
3 tbsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
⅓ cup raw bush honey
1 tsp garlic salt
½ tsp prepared mustard
Directions
Place steaks on a grill about 10 cm above medium-slow coals. Cook for about 8 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, stir together SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE with all the ingredients in a small bowl. Brush steaks with sauce and continue cooking 5 minutes more, turning and brushing with sauce.
