Ingredients

2 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp cold water
3 tsp rice bran oil, divided
500 g boneless chicken breasts, cut in 2 cm pieces
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tbsp raw bush honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
480 g frozen broccoli stir-fry vegetable blend
Hot cooked rice, optional

Directions

Mix cornflour and water until smooth. In a large nonstick frypan, heat 2 teaspoons oil over medium-high then stir-fry chicken and garlic 1 minute. Add honey, soy sauce, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink, 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, stir-fry vegetable blend in remaining oil just until tender, 4-5 minutes. Return chicken to pan. Stir cornflour mixture and add to pan then bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened, about 1 minute. Serve with rice if desired.
