Honey Chilli Shrimp & Peach Kebabs

Peaches and shrimps sounds a bit crazy but it works wonderfully.

Ingredients

1½ tbsp rice bran oil
1½ tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp bush honey
500 g large shrimp, shelled & deveined
2 peaches, cut in 8 pieces each
1½ tsp lime zest
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 tbsp feta cheese, fine crumbled
lime wedges, for serving
coriander, for serving
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Soak skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling on high.
In a bowl, combine the oil, lime juice, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, lime zest and honey. Add the shrimp and peaches then toss to coat fully.
Thread shrimp and peach pieces onto 8 skewers then grill for 3-4 minutes, turning once, until browned and the shrimp become opaque throughout.
Pile onto a serving platter and sprinkle with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and the crumbled feta cheese.
Serve with lime wedges and coriander.
