Ingredients
½ cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cornflour
2 chicken breasts
8 skewers, soaked for 30 minutes
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
Whisk together honey, soya sauce, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, ginger and garlic powder in a bowl until combined. Add in cornflour to desired thickness.
Cut chicken into 8x 2 cm strips then feed strips onto the skewers.
Marinate chicken in the sauce for 2 hours - keep a bit of marinade aside for basting while cooking.
Lay chicken on a baking paper-lined baking tray and cook in oven for 14 minutes. Baste as necessary and flip once at 7 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
