Ingredients
4 fillets fresh gurnard
2 tbsp raw bush honey
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
4 limes, thinly sliced
2 cobs corn, shucked
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
¼ cup rice bran oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Heat grill to high. Cut 4 sheets of foil about 30 cm long.
Top each piece of foil with a piece of gurnard. Brush fish with honey, sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT and top with lime, corn and coriander. Drizzle with oil and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Grill until fish is cooked through and corn tender, about 15 minutes.
