Ingredients
500 g fingerling potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup chicken stock
1 tbsp raw honey
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp paprika
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 tbsp fresh chopped chives, for garnish
Directions
Par-boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender when pierced with a fork.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large frypan and sauté the baby potatoes until the skin is golden brown. Set aside.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, chicken stock, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and remaining seasonings to the potatoes and cook on medium-high heat until the sauce thickens and forms a sticky glaze.
Garnish the honey mustard potatoes with fresh chopped chives and serve immediately. Enjoy! ❤️
