Ingredients
¼ cup bush honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
500 g salmon
Directions
In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt and SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish and marinate salmon in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake salmon uncovered for 20 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork.
