Ingredients
8 slices of belly pork or spare ribs
1 tbsp SIDS WINE & PEPPER MUSTARD
2 tbsp bush honey
2 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
pineapple rings, to garnish
Directions
Mix SIDS WINE & PEPPER MUSTARD, honey and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE.
Cover grill with aluminium foil and grill pork slices on one side for 10 minutes then turn and spread with the honey mixture.
Grill, basting with sauce occasionally.
Serve garnished with pineapple rings.
