Ingredients
170 g package cream cheese
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
½ cup sour cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
500 g surimi
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Kaitaia Fire
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, for topping
1 tbsp sliced spring onions
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO and sour cream. Stir in Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, Kaitaia Fire, SIDS SALT & PEPPER until well combined. Fold in surimi.
Pour into a 1 litre baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-35 minutes until bubbly and hot. Remove from the oven and top with spring onions.
Serve with tortilla chips or crostini.
