Ingredients

2 commercial skinless Hot Dogs
4 eggs
1 tbsp rice bran oil
Sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY SALT
chives, for garnish
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Cut hot dogs in half longways. Lay the dogs flat side down on a board. Place a chopstick touching each side of the dog then make cuts at right-angles to the chopsticks, about 3 mm apart. Cut each end off. Stick a tooth-pick in 1 end of the dog then form a circle and secure with the other end of the tooth-pick. Do this for all.
In a large frypan on medium heat, put in oil then all the dogs, flat side down.
Separate egg yolks and place 1 yolk in the middle of each dog circle. Very lightly season with SIDS CRAZY SALT. Using a fish slice, turn all the dogs & eggs then cook to your liking.
Scoop dogs onto serving plates, sprinkle with chives, season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and serve.
