Ingredients

110 g crab meat
1 cup chopped ready shrimp
1 large jalapeno
2 tbsp spring onions
6 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp dill
1 cup shredded cheese
⅓ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
110 g cream cheese, room temperature
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 french stick

Directions

Slice French bread into about 22-24 slices. Preheat oven to 185°C
Chop crab meat, shrimp, jalapeno, spring onion, tomatoes and dill. (Be sure to chop jalapeno into really small pieces)
In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, Parmesan cheese, shredded cheese, and SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. (Add cayenne to taste)
Combine all of the ingredients then spread over the bread slices.
Bake in oven for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
