This takes only a few minutes to prepare. Increase or decrease the ingredients as desired, especially the jalapenos! Add more of the reserved bean liquid for a smoother dip.

Ingredients

500 g garbanzo beans, drained, reserve liquid
60 g fresh jalapeno pepper, sliced
½ tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp rice bran oil

Directions

In a blender or food processor, combine garbanzo beans, jalapeno, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, cumin, lemon juice, oil, garlic and 1 tablespoon of the reserved bean liquid. Blend until smooth.
