Hunan Beef is made of thinly sliced beef, loaded with colourful veggies and tossed i hot spicy sauce. Not only is it delicious, it's also made in one pan.

Ingredients

HUNAN:--
500 g beef flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE
1 tbsp rice bran oil
1 cup broccoli florets
1 orange bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
5 spring onions
1 medium onion
1½ tsp minced garlic
HUNAN SAUCE:--
½ cup beef stock
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp chilli paste or Sambal Oelek
2 tsp cornflour

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk beef stock, Sambal Oelek and all the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Cut all the veggies into bite size pieces, mince garlic and slice beef very thinly.
Mix beef with SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE in a bowl to marinate for 15 minutes.
Preheat a large, oiled frypan and cook beef until golden brown, for about 7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, combine together bell peppers, onion, spring onion, broccoli and minced garlic. Cook until veggies soften, for about 7 minutes.
Add beef back to the pan with veggies.
Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and veggies. Toss everything together and cook for 5 more minutes. Stir the ingredients occasionally.
Serve this protein dish with your favourite grain or on its own.
