Ingredients
2 orange bell peppers, seeded & chopped
1 red onion, peeled & chopped
2 cups SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
In a saucepan, mix together bell peppers, onion, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Stirring occasionally, cook 30 minutes, until thickened. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight before serving.
