Ingredients

2 cups canned chickpeas, rinsed & drained
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp rice bran oil
1 tsp brown sugar
1½ tsp ground cumin
½ coriander, ground
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp garam masala
1 pinch cayenne pepper, to taste
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON

Directions

Preheat oven to 210oC. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Stir together the chickpeas, lemon juice, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, olive oil, brown sugar, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, garam masala, cayenne pepper and SIDS SALT & PEPPER in a mixing bowl. Spread the chickpea mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the oven until the chickpeas are dark brown in spots, crisp and have shrunk quite a bit, about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time. Cool to room temperature before serving.
