Ingredients

1 tsp rice bran oil, as needed
400 g ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp curry powder
1 small head cabbage, shredded
2 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tbsp Tuimato sauce
2 tsp mango chutney
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tbsp water, as needed

Directions

Heat vegetable oil in a frypan over medium heat. Cook ground beef until browned and cooked through, 7-10 minutes. Transfer cooked ground beef to a plate and reserve remaining oil in frypan.
Return frypan to medium heat with residual oil. Add onion, garlic, and curry powder then cook and stir until onion is almost tender, 5-7 minutes. Stir cooked ground beef and cabbage (with any drained liquids) into onion mixture then stir in SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, Tuimato sauce, chutney, and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. If necessary, sprinkle on a little water to prevent burning, but not enough to make the curry wet.
Cook and stir until cabbage is just tender and flavours have combined, 7-10 minutes more.
