Ingredients

20 cloves garlic, rough chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
2 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 cup rice bran oil
¼ cup SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
6 beef ribeye steaks, 25 mm thick

Directions

Place the garlic, oregano, basil, parsley and rosemary into a mortar or small bowl and mash into a coarse paste. Stir in the rice bran oil, SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR and SIDS SALT & PEPPER until evenly blended. Scrape half of the mixture into a separate small bowl then set aside. Spread the remaining half of the herb mixture evenly over the steaks. Set aside to marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Cook the steaks, turning and basting every 15 seconds, to the desired doneness.
