Italian Sandwich Roll-Ups

A  good combination of meats, cheeses, and veggies. These roll ups are full of flavour and always a crowd pleaser. They will go fast.

Ingredients

16 tortillas
500 g cream cheese, softened
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
½ cup roasted orange capsicum, chopped
½ cup roasted red capsicum, chopped
48 slices salami
48 slices of ham
2 pack pepperoni (about 64 small slices)
32 slices Provolone cheese
4 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 heads of lettuce

Directions

In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, SIDS CRAZY SALT, capsicum and Italian seasoning. Mix with spoon until all ingredients are well combined.
Spread about three tablespoons of cream cheese mixture onto a tortilla.
On top of the cream cheese mixture, place three slices of salami, three slices of pepperoni, three slices of ham, and three slices of Provolone cheese, leaving about 1 cm border around the edge.
Top with two slices of tomato and a few pieces of lettuce. Roll tortilla up tightly.
Place toothpicks about 1 cm apart down the rolled tortilla. Cut in between the toothpicks to create pinwheels.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings. Serve immediately or refrigerate until you’re ready to serve sandwiches.
