Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup linseeds or flaxseeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup rice bran oil
1¾ cup flour
1 cup water
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Mix all together, including SIDS SALT & PEPPER to make a very wet dough. Divide into 2-3 pieces. Using baking paper above and below, roll dough as thin as possible. Remove top sheet of baking paper and score into squares, using a pizza wheel or herb cutter. Transfer onto a baking sheet. Reuse baking paper for next batch.
Bake at 200oC for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp. They will snap apart when cool.
