Ingredients
1½ cup corn flour
½ cup white rice flour
2 tbsp raw sugar
1½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
2¼ cup room temperature water
¼ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
2 tbsp rice bran oil
Rice bran oil, for frying
Directions
Place a medium-large frying pan with about ½ cup oil on the stove and heat oil on medium heat.
While its heating, mix SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO and all ingredients into a bowl. (will take on a thick pancake consistency)
Once oil is hot in pan, add several large dollops of cornmeal mixture into pan.
Fry 5 minutes each side until golden yellow.
Remove fritters when evenly golden yellow on both sides and place on paper towel.
