Ingredients

2 kg chicken wings
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup flour
1 cup butter
SAUCE:--
3 tbsp soy sauce
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
½ tsp garlic powder, to taste
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER

Directions

Preheat oven to 175°C.
Dip wings in egg and coat with flour. Heat butter in a large, deep frypan over medium-high heat. Fry wings until deep brown. Place in a shallow roasting pan.
In a small bowl combine soy sauce, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, garlic powder and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Pour over wings.
Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes, basting often.
Serve with finger bowls and towels.
