Ingredients

2 onions, diced
6 cups vegetable broth
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 celery stalks, diced
2 carrots, peeled & diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
handful of button mushrooms, thin sliced
handful of sliced spring onions
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
soy sauce, to taste
Tabasco, to taste

Directions

Sauté the onions in a pot in a little bit of oil until slightly browned. Add the carrot, celery, garlic, SIDS CRAZY SALT and vegetable broth.
Bring to the boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Strain the veggies from the broth and add the mushrooms and spring onions before serving.
