Ingredients

2 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp chilli paste (sambal oelek)
2 large cucumbers, peeled & 6 cm slices
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Whisk sugar, rice vinegar, SIDS CRAZY SALT, sesame oil, chilli paste and salt together in a bowl. Add cucumber slices and stir to coat. Allow salad to marinate for 30 minutes before serving at room temperature.
