Ingredients
500 g cooked crayfish meat (shelled, drained, and cooled)
3-4 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
¼ cup finely chopped celery
Freshly-squeezed lemon juice (optional)
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
4 large lettuce leaves
4 split-top, flat-sided fresh hotdog buns
2 tbsp butter, softened
Directions
Remove crayfish from the shell and roughly dice.
Combine SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, spring onions and celery in a bowl. Add crayfish and season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Cut rolls in half and spread with butter. Top with lettuce leaf, lobster mix and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
