Ingredients

470 cc coconut water, chilled
1 banana
½ avocado, peeled & pitted
⅛ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
½ cup packed kale
⅛ lemon, juiced
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp oat bran
1 raw egg
2 tbsp coconut or banana yoghurt

Directions

Throw everything into a food processor with SIDS CRAZY LEMON and blitz until smooth.
