Ingredients
6 or 7 starchy potatoes
1 brown onion
2 eggs
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
⅓ cup plain flour
½ tsp butter
½ tsp rice bran oil
Directions
Wash and peel potatoes then grate on the 'rough' side of the grater. Place in a large bowl. Peel and grate onion then mix with the potato. Lightly beat eggs then with the flour and SIDS CRAZY SALT, mix everything together.
Place ¼ cupfuls into a hot fry pan with oil and butter. Flatten them out a little bit. Fry for about 3-5 minutes on each side on a medium to high heat until golden then drain on paper towels.
