Ingredients
6 thin pork sausages or
6 leftover sausages
130 g dried apricots, soaked
¾ cup SIDS OUDTSHORN SWEET MUSTARD
24 small satay sticks, soaked
Directions
Par-grill pork sausages then cool. Cut each into even pieces. Thread each lengthways onto skewers, alternating with pieces of apricot. Brush with SIDS OUDTSHORN SWEET MUSTARD and cook on a medium-high oiled grill for about 8-10 minutes until cooked and well glazed. Serve immediately.
