Ingredients
2 bone-in chicken thighs
250 g chicken breasts
250 g chicken wings
1 cup flour
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp allspice, ground
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2¾ cups milk, divided
1 chicken OXO cube
1 egg, beaten
rice bran oil for deep frying
Directions
In a bowl, combine the flour, SIDS CRAZY SALT, allspice, chilli, garlic, paprika, ginger and SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
In a sauce pot over low heat, add the chicken, 2¼ cups milk and OXO cube. Cook for 20 minutes.
Preheat oil to 200°C.
In a shallow dish, combine remaining milk and the beaten egg. Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat well in the flour mixture.
Deep-fry chicken in batches until golden brown.
