Ingredients

4 sausage patties
2 egg
2 tbsp cream cheese
4 tbsp sharp cheddar
½ avocado, sliced
½ tsp sriracha, to taste
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

In frypan over medium heat, cook patties then set aside.
In small bowl place cream cheese and sharp cheddar. Microwave for 20-30 seconds until melted.
Mix cheese with sriracha, set aside
Mix egg with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and make small omelette.
Fill omelette with cheese sriracha mixture and assemble sandwich.
