Ingredients
3 cups lightly steamed & chopped broccoli
30 g cream cheese, softened
1½ cups cheddar
½ cup parmesan
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Steam the broccoli, chop lightly and remove the tough stems.
In a medium size mixing bowl combine SIDS CRAZY SALT, SIDS SALT & PEPPER with the cream cheese, cheese, spices and eggs.
Fold in the flour and baking powder.
Chill dough 10-15 minutes to allow the flour to absorb the moisture, DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP.
Spoon into a silicone mini muffin pan.
Bake 12-15 minutes.
