Keto Denver Omelette

Every restaurant has some version of a Denver Omelette. This classic breakfast recipe is a popular combination of flavourful main ingredients of eggs, capsicums, ham and cheese.

Ingredients

2 tbsp butter, divided
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp red onion
1 tbsp orange capsicum, diced
1 tbsp yellow capsicum, diced
14 g ham, chopped
3 large eggs, whisked
30 g cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat a frypan over medium heat.
Add 1 tbsp butter, SIDS CRAZY SALT and the vegetables. Cook until tender. Add ham and cook 1 minute more.
Add remaining butter and mix well. Pour eggs into the pan and reduce heat to medium low.
Allow eggs to cook using a spatula to slowly lift the edges and allow uncooked egg to run underneath.
Cook until set. Top with cheese, remove from heat and cover 1 minute until melted.
Fold in half and serve.
