Ingredients
1 tbsp shallots, minced
340 g mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp butter
1 tsp rice bran oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
Directions
If using wooden skewers, soak in water 30 minutes.
Wipe mushrooms and cut in half. Combine in a zippered bag with SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and the remaining ingredients then marinate 15-20 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium high. Thread mushrooms onto skewers and grill 8-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
