Ingredients
500 g spicy ground pork sausage
250 g cream cheese, at room temperature
½ cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine sausage, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, mustard, garlic powder, SIDS CRAZY SALT and SIDS SALT & PEPPER in a large bowl. Mix gently until just combined. Roll heaped tablespoonfuls of the pork mixture into balls. Place on the prepared baking tray.
Bake in the oven until golden brown, 30-35 minutes. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to soak up excess fat. Serve immediately.
