Ingredients

4 tbsp butter
3 large eggs
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch ground nutmeg
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 cup almond milk
570 g chopped spinach
500 g cheddar cheese, grated
sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Place butter in a 23x33 cm baking pan, and put in the oven to melt while preheating.
Beat eggs in a medium bowl. Combine flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste in another bowl.
Add flour mixture to the eggs alternating with the almond milk. Stir in spinach and cheese. Pour into the melted butter in the baking pan. Sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT.
Bake in the oven until set, 35-40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 45 minutes before cutting into 10 squares.
