Ingredients

2 spring onion
4 large eggs
2 tbsp roasted sesame oil
250 g ground pork
2 cloves garlic
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tbsp saké
½ cup kimchi
3 cup chicken stock
3 cups water
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
100 g glass noodles
2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds

Directions

Cut the spring onions into thin rounds and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs.
In a saucepan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. When it’s hot, add the ground pork and break into small pieces with the wooden spatula.
Add minced garlic, SIDS CRAZY SALT and saké and cook until the pork is no longer pink. Add the kimchi and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken stock and water.
Bring the soup to a boil and taste. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to your taste.
Turn the heat to medium-low and add glass noodles. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 7 minutes.
Slowly drizzle the egg over the soup and cook, without stirring, for 1 minute.
Divide the noodles into 2 bowls and pour in the soup.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with spring onion. Serve hot.
