Ingredients

4-6 eggs
¼ tsp baking powder
4 Kina
1 Sea Asparagus (substitute with thin French green beans)
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
Butter

Directions

In a bowl, crack the eggs then add about 3 knobs of butter and baking powder to it. Whisk to mix.
Using a slightly warm (not too hot!) cast iron pan, add the egg mixture and whisk it on the heat and off the heat. When the eggs are almost set add some SIDS CRAZY LEMON and then the Kina. Mix and cook for 30 seconds.
Chop sea asparagus and then top the mixture with it. Finish the dish with zest of lemon on top.
Serve in cleaned out Kina shell.
