Ingredients
2 (170 g) salmon fillets, skin on
¼ cup SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
¼ cup seedless raspberry jam
2 ripe strawberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Grease an 28 x 18 cm baking dish.
Place the salmon fillets into the baking dish with skin sides down.
Stir the SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE and raspberry jam together in a small bowl.
Generously brush the mixture over the salmon.
Bake in the oven until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, 35-40 minutes. Brush again with the sauce mixture after the first 15 minutes of baking time.
Garnish with sliced strawberries and serve.
