Ingredients

¼ cup Best Foods mayonnaise
1-2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 tbsp fresh Lemon juice
2 slices fresh sliced bread, your favourite
Brown seed mustard
Tasty cheese
2 slices cooked bacon
Cooked chicken breast, sliced thinly
1 tsp chilli flakes, optional

Directions

Pre-heat the griddle, sandwich iron or a frypan over medium high heat.
Combine the mayonnaise, rosemary, salt and lemon juice. Spread on both pieces of bread right to the edges. Add grainy mustard to one side of the bread and spread evenly. Add a healthy amount of cheese, 2 slices of cooked bacon, sliced chicken and hot peppers and close the sandwich.
Spread rosemary mayonnaise on the top of the sandwich. Place mayonnaise side down onto the griddle/iron/pan. Spread mayo on the side now facing you. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
Dig in…then go to bed.
