Ingredients

1 kg ground beef
1 orange bell pepper
2 carrots, diced
1 cup broccoli
250 g sugar snap-peas
4 spring onions
2 jalapeno peppers
3 garlic cloves
rice bran oil for frying
BEEF STIR FRY MARINADE:--
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil

Directions

Prepare the beef stir fry marinade by combining together soy sauce, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, sesame oil and brown sugar. Set aside.
To the preheated frypan, add a bit of oil and add all the vegetables. Cook them on high heat until they soften and turn lightly golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, cook beef mince until it’s fully cooked with no lumps. Add vegetables to the cooked beef and stir in the marinade. Toss everything together as it cooks.
Cook for about 2-3 more minutes and remove from the heat. Serve with rice or on its own.
