Ingredients

4 pork chops
½ cup soy sauce
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
4 tbsp raw bush honey
12 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp sesame oil
4 tsp fresh ginger root, grated
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp rice bran oil

Directions

In a medium size bowl whisk together soy sauce, SIDS CRAZY SALT, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and sweet chilli sauce. It’ll make just over 1 cup of marinade. Reserve half the marinade, set aside. Pour the remaining marinade over pork chops and marinate for at least 10 minutes. Heat oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat then add pork chops, discarding remaining marinade.
Cook for 5 minutes until chops have browned on one side.
Flip the chops and add the reserved marinade to the pan then cook for 5 more minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature between 63°C (medium rare) and 71°C.(medium) Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
