Korean Steak Marinade

This marinade is the flavour of the Orient. You can freeze any unused.

Ingredients

4 cloves garlic
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 onion, rough chopped
2 cups soy sauce
¼ cup toasted sesame oil
3 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 cup white sugar
1 kg flank steak

Directions

Place garlic, ginger and onion in the bowl of a blender. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and sugar. Purée until smooth.
Pour the marinade into a resealable plastic bag or glass bowl. Score the flank steak and place into the marinade. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat a grill for medium-high heat. Remove steak from fridge and let sit for 20 minutes.
Grill steak to desired doneness, turning every 15 seconds.
